I'm nineteen years old and for as long as I can remember, I've never been happy with my body. I finally decided to make some changes last year. That didn't last long, though. I'm not sure why, but I just gave up. I'm not giving up this time though. My friend suggested I make a fitness blog to help with motivation. Let's hope it works.
